What you need to know about our Summer Camp Sessions
ONE week sessions: $780 includes all activities, meals, nightly Trading Post and t-shirt. A non refundable deposit of $100 is required at registration. The remaining balance of is due no later than 30 days prior to the start of the session.
Session 3 has options for TWO or ONE week sessions.
$1499 for two weeks or $780 for one week totals include all activities, meals, nightly Trading Post and t-shirt. A non refundable deposit of $100 is required at Registration. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the start of the session. This session is for ages 10-14 only.
Check-in
Sundays between 3:00 pm – 4:00pm
Our front gate will open at 2:30pm and our main gate will open by 3:00pm. You will be directed to parking, unload your luggage to be delivered to your camper’s cabin and proceed to the Check-in area. There you will meet the Nurse, discuss any medications, allergies and get a head lice check. Then, parents and campers will head to your cabin to meet your counselors and cabin mates, pick out your bunk and meet new friends.
Check-out
Fridays between 3:00pm – 4:00pm
Driving directions: GPS should take you close to the entrance of Camp YI, but if you have trouble, note these directions from I-24. Take Exit 64 towards LaVergne, TN. Merge onto Waldron Road. Turn right onto US-41 S/US-70S E/Murfreesboro Rd. After 2.6 miles, turn left onto Fergus Rd. After .9 miles, turn right on to Jones Mill Road. You will stay on Jones Mills Road for 4.2 miles. This road becomes wooded with no houses after a while so just keep going until the road dead ends with the Camp YI entrance sign being on the left.

One discount per camper per session – must be approved by camp director.
1. Paid in full: This discount has passed.
2. Sibling: $35 per camper per session
3. Military and First Responder: $35 per camper per session
4. Referral: Refer a camper and receive a $35 discount.
5. BFF: Bring a friend and you both can get $35 off when you register on the same day.
6. Nurses and Volunteers: 100% off
