Barn Director

I was born and raised in Fayetteville, AR and attended the University of Arkansas before coming to MTSU where I received a degree in animal science with a concentration in horse science with a minor in secondary education.  I am a licensed teacher with the state of TN and am currently teaching agriculture courses at Lebanon High School.

I have owned and ridden horses since literally before I could walk and began showing horses at the young age of 4 years old. I have shown horses at the local level and all the way up to the  AQHYA World Championships.  I have trained horses at Quarter Horse racing farms, polo barns, warmblood farms, cutting and reining horse farms, just to name a few.  I have experience with many different breeds of horses and various riding diciplines. I am the barn director at camp and love the opportunity to teach kids about by favorite animal and my passion, horses!!
